Some immigration casework at the Centre is done under its Legal Services Commission Franchise. The LSC Franchise Caseworker is Asha Devi Mudara; the Administrative Worker is Ranjit Devi .

This work is carried out under the Legal Help Scheme, which covers advice and assistance, correspondence and the preparation of legal submissions. The Centre is also able to represent clients at Asylum and Immigration Tribunals.

Under the Legal Help Scheme clients are not required to pay for any advice or assistance, if their disposable income is below the qualifying threshold.
